Kelsey Covell

Hi! My name is Kelsey Covell, and I this is my first year teaching at Meadow Glen. I grew up in Aiken, SC. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s of Arts Teaching. I have 6 years of experience teaching within Lexington One. My favorite part of teaching is curating meaningful, authentic relationships with my students and pushing students to think critically about what they read and consume online. In my free time, I love snuggling my cat Lou, taking weekend trips to North Carolina to visit family and hike, traveling with my friends, and cheering on the Gamecocks. I am looking forward to building community with students at MGM this coming school year!
