Ashley Holmes

My name is Ashley Holmes and I am so excited to return to Meadow Glen Middle School as an 8th Grade Science Teacher. A South Carolina girl through and through, I have spent 29 years teaching middle school across our state, thirteen of those years at MGMS. I graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Music and Education and Columbia College with a Masters of Education in Divergent Learning. I am passionate about teaching young people to be purposeful and creative in their problem-solving approaches. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Gamecocks and Paladins in various college sports, and exploring our beautiful National Parks. I am thrilled to be returning as a MGMS Gator!
