SCIENCE HOUSE LEADER - Ashley Holmes

Ashley Holmes

My name is Ashley Holmes and I am so excited about the new school year.  I am the 8th grade House Leader and teach science, as well. I have twenty years of teaching experience, with the last six years right here at Meadow Glen.  I graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Music and Education.  I hold a Masters Degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College and I am currently a doctoral student at The University of South Carolina pursuing an Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction.  I am also Nationally Board Certified in the area of Early Adolescence Science.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and cheering on the Furman Paladins and the South Carolina Gamecocks.  I look forward to a fantastic year of teaching and learning.
