Dominique Sawyer – Ms. Sawyer is the Director of School Counseling and 8th Grade School Counselor at MGM. She is from Darlington, SC. She received her Bachelor’s. degree in Psychology, Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education with specialization in School Counseling and Career Development Facilitator certificate; all from the University of South Carolina. Her hobbies include coaching basketball, watching/attending sports events, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Jessica Dougharty - Hi! My name is Jessie Dougharty, and I am so excited to join the Meadow Glen Middle School family as a school counselor this year! I earned my B.A. in Psychology and my Education Specialist degree in K–12 School Counseling with advanced training in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders from the University of South Carolina. After spending my first year as a school counselor serving two middle schools in Lexington One, I am thrilled to officially call MGM home! My favorite part of being a counselor is building meaningful relationships, creating a safe and supportive environment, and helping students develop the confidence and skills they need to be successful both in and out of the classroom. I am passionate about advocating for adolescent mental health and supporting students as they navigate the challenges and celebrations of middle school. Charlotte Gray - I am thrilled to officially join the Meadow Glen family as a full-time school counselor! I began my journey at MGMS in October 2023, initially supporting the counseling department on a temporary basis. During this time, I fell in love with our students, parents, and staff, and I was deeply honored when offered the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team. 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston, a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from Clemson University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina. Before transitioning into school counseling, I spent twelve years teaching, primarily in 3rd and 4th grades. With over a decade of experience as a school counselor, I am passionate about supporting students and families in any way I can.

Outside of school, I am married to an amazing husband and father, and together we have three beautiful children. We love traveling, spending time on our boat, and, most importantly, being with family and friends.

Tiffany Rich – (School Psychologist) Dr. Rich is the school psychologist at MGM. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Minor in Health from the College of Charleston; her Master of Arts degree in Psychology and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the Citadel; and her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Psychology from Walden University. She is married and has one fur baby, Zoe. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and walking/running outdoors.
