Administrators

Principal Lim is excited to begin his 5th year at MGM. He is a Lexington native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Mr. Lim received his B.S degree in Mathematics, M.T. in Secondary Education, and a M.Ed in Education Administration. Principal Lim began his education career teaching mathematics at River Bluff High School. He also coached both Men’s and Women’s tennis teams, and the Women’s Team winning the State Championship in 2017 and 2019. Lim was also named State Coach of the Year in 2019 by SCACA and Southern Section Coach of the Year. Principal Lim moved into school administration in 2021 as an Assistant Principal of Meadow Glen Middle. In the spring of 2024 MGM was named Palmetto’s Finest by SCASA. Lim was named principal of MGM to begin the 24-25 school year. Principal Lim enjoys spending time with his wife, Bridgette, and their two sons, Wyatt and Wesley. You will see the Lims cheering on the Gators and the Gamecocks throughout the year and spending time with friends and family.

Mr. Bonte is thrilled to be an Assistant Principal at MGM. This is his 8th year in The Swamp. He spent the last seven years teaching ELA and Math as a 6th and 7th-grade teacher. Before MGM, he taught 5th grade at Lake Murray for three years in Lexington 1. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. He received his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University. Mr. Bonte is married to Ashley, and together they have four children, Chloe, Molly, Skylee, and Eli. When not at school, the Bontes enjoy tending to their farm animals, cooking, and enjoying nature as a family. 

Dean Tiffany Fields is excited to join the Meadow Glen Gator family. Dean Fields is a native of Kershaw, SC and this is her 17th year in education having spent 12 years at Camden High School as a French Teacher and Teacher Cadet Instructor, 1 year at Lexington Middle School as a French, World Cultures teacher, and 3 years at Lakeside Middle. Dean Fields has an undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in French & Francophone Studies and Secondary Education. She received her Masters in Supervision and Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tiffany is a mother to Malachi and Mason, and her boxer Ghost. When she is not traveling and spending time with family, she enjoys writing curriculum, journaling, reading, and playing Barbies with her niece Aubrey.  

Dean Brie Williams is thrilled to be joining the Meadow Glen Middle family. Dean Williams was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She got a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Miami University and then a Masters in Reading from Bowling Green State University. She moved to South Carolina in 2008 and got a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. 

She has worked in Lexington One since 2008 at White Knoll High School, Lexington Middle School, and Gilbert High School as an ELA teacher, instructional coach, and Assistant Principal. The loves of her life are her husband, Bryson, her sons, Brady and Baylor, and her puppies, Sienna and Maya. When not at work, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
